We are sure that you will love your Zohara item, although on the rare occasion that it isn't 100% right for you just send it back using our FREE postal returns service and we will be happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange. We require that your product is packaged in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch invoice) and returned within 30 days.
How do I return something?
Fill in the Returns Form
Peel off the returns label from the bottom of your original invoice/receipt and complete the returns information that is relevant to your item(s).
Package your item
Make sure you include the completed returns form and clearly display the free post address returns label on the outside of the parcel.
Return via Post
Make sure to ask for a "Proof of postage" receipt. Without one of these we are unable to refund/exchange an item that has been lost in transit.
*For high value items please send your return RECORDED DELIVERY. Please retain your tracking number until the item has been delivered. If you are returning your item recorded delivery, the postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty, or if a mistake has been made by Zohara.
If you cannot find your free postage address label for your return, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Services team on 0845 565 0932 who will be more than happy to send you a replacement label. Alternatively you can use the address below, but please be aware that without your free postage address label your Post Office will charge you for the service.
